If your exhibit includes electric motors of 1/2 HP or more: Note the number of motors with the horsepower and ampacity for each horsepower/amp group here.

Additional Electrical Requests: No extension cords smaller than #14-gauge, 3-conductor, grounded allowed! Any circuit larger than 30 amp must be requested in writing and will cost an additional $100. Any requests made after 7/1 will be charged $40/receptacle. Note: at the close of the show (4 PM, Thursday) the power will be shut off for safety reasons. Take appropriate precautions.

If you plan Over-The-Counter (OTC) sales, please note the following and provide your NYS Sales Tax Registration Number. The Lessor hereby notifies the Lessee that over the counter sales of Hand Carried Items (ONLY) will be allowed when approved by the Lessor. the Lessee may w/exhibit orders for sales of all other items for delivery from exhibit space after show closes: 4 PM on 8/12/07.
