Ladies and Gentlemen. Boys and Girls. Come and test your beef knowledge by spinning the Wheel of Beef in the Beef Information Tent at Empire Farm Days. Visit with beef producers and learn about the many different breeds represented in New York State. Do you know anything about the South Devons breed of cattle? Come and find out about them and visit with seven other breed representatives. Want to learn more about proper injection sites? Learn about them at our Beef Quality Assurance demonstrations going on through out the day.
Follow your nose to the Beef Information Tent which is located on West Shade Street and West Hedge Row avenues across from the famous beef barbecue hosted by the New York Beef Producer’s Association. Beef, veal and dairy producers are encouraged to stop by to learn how their beef checkoff dollars are being used to increase the demand for beef and veal.
